Good customer service support. The bus broke down during the trip, so a smaller old substitute bus was sent over by the company. It smelled like mold and was not comfortable. It got me where I needed to go though, only lost 30 mins or so. The driver was polite and courteous and apologized for the delay.

Expensive, but quick

Stable WiFi, charging points available , clean bus

Positive: very fast - 3h30min from Vilnius to Lida. Negative: small bus "Neman" instead of "Mercedes" as was shown in the ticket. There was a very strong smell of cigarettes as we boarded. It's not acceptable! Bus itself is not comfortable: seats, distance between seats, absence of hooks for clothes, absence of pockets on seats for minor stuff, small and inconvenient luggage compartment, crazy strong ventilation above - you can easlily catch cold. This bus is OK for local routes like Lida-Slonim for example but absolutely not appropriate for an INTERNATIONAL route. Also, very expensive 165 roubles plus 18BRB service fee. Do not recommend.

The trip took quite much longer than anticipated, 2+ hours extra First because of the border situation IT was Something Like a private Trip for the Driver and Not a Professional Trip from a to b The driver did not provide any instructions about the process/rules on the border checks...
