Very good bus

The bus was late for 2.5 hours. We couldn't take our purchased seats because they were occupied by people who had got on the bus earlier. The problem wasn't resolved by the drivers unfortunately. The episode made the travel even worse. We had to keep our luggage inside because of no place in baggage storage I guess (we were told to get on the bus with it) - it was completely inconvenient to travel with oue bags under our feet(( There were people on the bus who didn't buy tickets and they occupied the seats they wanted, but how about those who do buy tickets??? That must be considered! The vehicle was nice and clean. We had several stops on our way which is very necessary.

Thank you for the perfect trip! The drivers were very friendly and considerate, the bus was comfortable and clean with possibility to charge the phone.

The bus was late for 40 minutes and later arrived 1 hour later than it was planned, but except for that I have no other complaints, as the driver sent me an SMS with warning about the delay and with the number of platform where the buss will arrive to.

I had a very positive experience. The operator called in advance to make sure I knew exactly where to meet the bus. Driver was polite and helpful. But was air conditioned and the driver asked if the temperature was comfortable. During border crossing, the driver gave clear instructions to support passengers and answered any questions. On arrival (which was hours before the advertised time) the driver ensured that all passengers knew where and how to go where they needed to be - be it how to get to the airport, bus or train stations.
