    Never doing that again... 6+ hours at the Ukraine/Poland border. Kept taking our passports for whatever reason. Assigned seats don’t matter. No food to buy.

    Was way difficult to understand the departure description. There was nothing in the board, so I was completely confused of where and when to take the bus. The bus was 3 hours late.

    Complicated.

    Very complicated to go in.

    Hated the service.

    The bus driver was kind at least and the trip was okay.

    Horrible trip - would never take it again. The bordercrossing between Ukraine and Poland took 9 extra hours! No one tells you about this before booking.
