A very lovely night bus trip from Berlin to Copenhagen. Staff were great. Bus was great. Comfortable and not too full. Only minor complaint is that at the Berlin ZOB they put Alba-Transport on the sign and this was confusing as it didn't say "Berlin Expressen", nor the route number by the gate or on the arrivals board. And I didn't get any notification that the bus was late (we still arrived in CPH on time though). So I was waiting not even knowing if the bus would show up. But I half expect this was the ZOB's fault.

With that in mind, I'd take them again easily, and might prefer this bus over flixbus for this route in the future :)

The bus was late which lead us to be late to the ferry from Germany to Denamark, its only human so it didnt affect me that much though. The drivers were 10/10 and the ride was otherwise perfect. All in all its trustworthy and good.

That was a perfect trip. Very comfortable combination: 2.5 hours drive Berlin-Rostok + 25 min Bordershop + 2.5 hours ferry + 2 hours drive till Copenhagen. The driver was very professional. Thanks ! Can only recommend !

Not happy with services and WiFi connectivity.

Seat not allocated and need to find by customer itself.

Also late by 50 mins.
