I have travelled this route with Tarsin many times and have always been very happy. This time I was forced to cancel the trip because of the ridiculously long queues at the border entering and leaving the EU’s schengin area. If I had taken my usual bus I would have missed my flight. I am sorry not to have travelled with Tarsin because they have always been excellent.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to file a complaint regarding the behavior of a driver of Tarsin company on the Brașov–Suceava route on April 9, 2026, departing at 07:00. The bus number was SV 61 TRS. Ticket details: Ticket number: 14086225 When boarding the bus, I showed my ticket to the driver. He briefly looked at it and spoke to me in Romanian. I replied in English that I do not understand Romanian, as I am not a Romanian citizen and I am only transiting through the country. Following this, the driver became visibly irritated. Based on his tone and gestures, I understood that he was making remarks such as “you are in Romania, you should speak Romanian” and expressing dissatisfaction with foreigners speaking English. I felt confused and uncomfortable in this situation. I asked again in English if I could proceed, and another passenger kindly confirmed that I could, as my ticket had already been checked. I believe that such behavior is inappropriate, especially in a passenger transport service that interacts with international travelers. I kindly ask you to review this incident and take appropriate measures to prevent similar situations in the future.
