An horrific trip. We had been advised by infobus that the scheduled time has changed from 21.15 to 20.30. At 20.30 no bus and no other travellers at the station (privoz in Odesa) We asked the station manager who told us that no any bus for Chisinau was scheduled to leave at this time from this station, though we had a confirmation from Infobus. She told us the bus is departing from an other station at 21.15!!
Parallelly i contacted the carrier who told me, that my confirmation number doesnt't exist. I called him, no answer. I asked to call me back, he didn't, it was scandalous because we were in a disperated situation, without bus we would loose our flight in Chisinau!!
We hurried to take a cab to the other station, it was 20.50, we had only 20 minutes!
At the other station the bus was there and the driver did find us in the booking system.
Everything was absolutely a big scandal and i claim for a free trip for 2 persons as a compensation for this miserable organisation!!!
