It was bad. But it was the only option. Bus suppose to arrive at 2am, but break and we waited all night at cold bus station for 4 hours for it to pick us up.

It is not that bad but it was my first and last time in this bus.

Bus trip went well. Expectations were more pleasant than I estimated. Air-conditioner worked well, the driver made many stops/breaks.

Terrible.

Well, one of the driver was rude and unpleasant person. Did wait so much at the border maybe in total 3,5h.

The bus was clean and the driver was pleasant, and I do not blame the driver for spending 6 (SIX) hours at the border (00:00 -- 06:00!!) but when you sit in these seats for 11 hours instead of 5, like the schedule tells you, it can be VERY uncomfortable, even for an average-sized person. I really wished I was on the train. The air was warm inside the bus and in 11 hours we had 2 chances to use a toilet. As a result I was very thirsty on a warm bus (even on a cool night and day) for many hours because the toilet on the bus did not work. I really wished I was on a train. We arrived 4+ hours late because the schedule pretends there is no long border crossing.

Never again. 4 hours at the border, promised wifi, air conditioner and toilet, but got seats too small, uncomfortable, no toilet, no wifi, hardly an air conditioner, and two drunk russians as a gift
