Comfortable and spacious, modern coach. Friendly, helpful staff (not much English though). Safe driver. And specially a schedule they can keep.
Despite snow, ice, accidents, four hours waiting at the Polish border, we arrived early at Krakow Airport. Most other companies calculate 3-4 hours less from Ivano-Frankivsk to Krakow, but that's not possible.
Highly recommend. The five stars are well earned.

Overall, I am happy with this bus carrier. The bus was clean. We were provider with a bottle of water and a sandwich. There was a blanket on each seat.
The only issue is that there was no water in the bathroom to wash hands. There should at least be a hand sanitizer available.
