Very good service, nice clean modern bus with decent lavatory, drivers helped shepherd passengers through Ukrainian and Polish customs checks during overnight trip, bus was a bit late arriving for departure and Krakow bus station is not well organised to show which buses leave from where but once bus did arrive it was a very smooth trip

Everything very nice, clean toilets, air conditioning is well regulated, polite and friendly drivers, fast WiFi and they serve free snacks. Only thing I will advice that their rolls were not with curry because not all people can eat curry . 5 stars service and will try to use Gran Bus during my next trips .
