Overall, I am happy with this bus carrier. The bus was clean. We were provider with a bottle of water and a sandwich. There was a blanket on each seat.
The only issue is that there was no water in the bathroom to wash hands. There should at least be a hand sanitizer available.

The personal propose food and drink. The toilet was very clean.
