The ride was okay. It wasn't logical to us what but to go into. It said "our bus" on the ticket, but a completely different writing on the bus. I dont know how we should have known.
The bus drover pressed the break to hard a couple of times.
Except from that the ride was good.

Jul-24，we have waited at 400 Sparks St .opposite St Peter ‘s Lutheran Church Ottawa per your tickets over 1. hour with heavy rain and col d for this bus arrival of 14:45 . But no bus showed up,we were so anxious and disappointed…,how about our feeling during our waiting time?!can you imagine…,it is horrible!!!,finally we have to spend extra $295 and take a train at 17:48 instead under other people’ help. We back to Toronto at 23:00 .
