Good ride. Good service staff. Adequate pricing. Bad booking process…with no set time, just approximate time at booking time and confirmation of actual time the day before. Mine was 1h30 later until I said that would not work and another but was proposed 40mn earlier. Team is responsive though, so that helped.

Terrible company, changed the departure time from 12pm to 10:30am just one day before departure. Refused to offer a refund. The bus ended up leaving 20mins late and took many stops. Driver wasn’t great. Wouldn’t recommend, FlixBus and Alpy transfers are much better than Alpine Fleet.

The van from Courcheval to the train/ bus transfer was precisely on time , friendly & efficient. But we ( 7 of us ) were left at the Bus transfer with no real idea what to expect or when. A bus arrived, we had to ask if it was for Alpine Fleet ( it was ) and your representative turned up 5 or so minutes later. The toilet on the bus was broken.the driver stopped for a toilet break about 25 mins before we got to Feneva airport.1 stop in a 3 hour journey for some passengers.
