The trip was fine. We were supposed to be picked up at 14 00 and at 13 30 the driver asked us if we could be at the pick up point at 13 40. A bit at the last minute, we were lucky we were already walking towards the pick up point.

Very disappointing service. I was scheduled on the first service at 4:30am to be able to get from morzine to Geneva airport, however with very late notice the bus was rescheduled for 5:10am. The helpline was particularly bad offering little to no assistance. At this point all other transfer services were fully booked or not operating at this hour. This delay resulted arriving only 30 minutes before my flight, if it hadn’t been for fast pass I had to buy for security I would have missed my flight. Upon taking to other passengers getting the bus I found out that they were booked on a later bus and their bus had been brought forward to 5:10am, leaving me to conclude that they changed the service in order to merge two buses and cut down on costs, either way it was very unprofessional, required me to run through the airport, spent two hours trying to find another transfer and all around left me very dissatisfied with the service.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Got to the meeting place in Geneva 30 mins before the 1.30pm bus time on my ticket, having arranged flights, ski pick up etc around this part of my travel. Only to find out that, with little more of a shrug of their shoulders, the Alpine Travel guy simply told me to come back at 3.30pm!!!! And pointed me to the McDonolds!! No apology. Simply said “yeah we know it’s an inconvenient, the management know about…’! No communication, no apology and when we did get going, we then had more changes mid trip! Only to be herded into a minivan with a driver who texted while driving up the mountain!! Avoid this company.

Well organized, well informed. Comfortable, could be a little cheaper but hey. Perfect service.

Small and comfortable bus. Smooth drive to Geneva airport. Booking was straightforward and I was kept informed about the next step. I would use this service for the next trip!

Good ride. Good service staff. Adequate pricing. Bad booking process…with no set time, just approximate time at booking time and confirmation of actual time the day before. Mine was 1h30 later until I said that would not work and another but was proposed 40mn earlier. Team is responsive though, so that helped.

The customer service was helpful and replied quickly to my question via email (regarding the pickup location). The bus itself arrived on time, and the seats were comftable enough.
