Overall it was good, no complaints. But please change the time of arrival. It was mentioned that we would arrive in Ureki at 22:40 with the 6pm bus. But we were there after midnight. We made our host wait for us that long.
Also, it's a tourist bus, but none of the staff speak another language other than Georgian.

Everything was fine. Comfortable seats, power outlet for charging. Drinks were offered during the ride. There were several short stops and one long one.

The bus was late for like 10 minutes, when in rules it says that you should be there 15 minutes before. Also there was no charger, the bus was uncomfortable.

Departure and arrival perfectly on time. Nice personnel and comfortable bus. Not too cold inside. Good option to get from Batumi to Kutaisi airport.
