Hi, I wasn’t satisfied with this trip! Firstly the bus was late on 40 min. So we arrived to Istanbul 2 hours later than the scheduled time!

There was good and quality staff, we get water and snacks.

Leider verspätet, die Verspätung hat sich trotz fehlender Ereignisse signifikant erhöht. Hier kann auch lange die Grenzkontrolle nicht herhalten, sie umfasste nur Routineuntersuchungen und betraf alle Busse, die den Übergang benutzt haben.

20 minutes before the bus departed they called me and told me how to find the bus. The luggage was handed over and loaded by the employees of this company. Very nice. You could drink tea or coffee throughout the trip. Cookies were also distributed. Overall I liked the trip.
