Do not use this bus!! Late leaving Burgas, 15 minutes later stopped and we waited over 1 hour while the driver smoked 5 cigarettes and talked with other drivers. Driver smoking and using cell phone while driving the bus, very unsafe. At another stop we sat for 15 minutes while he chatted with someone outside the bus. Schedule say we should get to istanbul at 1755, we arrived at 2230, 4 and a half hours late. Some people missed their connections at the airport. No wifi, no bathroom. Overall a terrible experience, but I guess we are lucky we arrived alive.

The buss was scheduled for 12:10 on my ticket but I left and 14:1!!!

Hi, I wasn’t satisfied with this trip! Firstly the bus was late on 40 min. So we arrived to Istanbul 2 hours later than the scheduled time!

There was good and quality staff, we get water and snacks.
