Online booking was fast and easy, but the travel experience was not good. Got a phone call, no email or text, telling me that there were “technical difficulties” and I needed to arrive 4 hours earlier than my original scheduled time. Travel from Mykolaiv to Odesa was not by bus - was on one of two large vans with my luggage divided between the vehicles. Drivers were knowledgeable and helpful. Got an earlier bus from Odesa to Chișinău — everything there was good.
