⭐ 1/5 – Worst Travel Experience, Complete Negligence
The bus never arrived, and we were left waiting for hours in the middle of the night with absolutely no information, no warning, and no explanation.
When we contacted the carrier, the situation became even worse. We were given an unreachable phone number, and after calling multiple times, the carrier stopped answering and turned off his phone. There was zero support when we needed help the most.
We were two women alone at night, standing in front of a closed gas station, with no people around, in a country we do not know. The situation felt unsafe and frightening. Eventually, we had to call the hotel reception for help. Even the hotel staff had difficulty finding a taxi willing to come so late at night. Only after the receptionist explained that two women were waiting alone in the dark did a taxi finally agree to come.
Because of this company’s failure, we were forced to pay extra money for a taxi, return to the hotel for safety, and then buy new tickets from another company the next day. This caused financial loss, emotional stress, fear, and wasted time.
A transportation company should never abandon its passengers like this. This was not just poor service — it was dangerous negligence.
I completely lost trust in this company and will never use or recommend it. Please think carefully before booking.
I received a message confirming the booking and my tickets, aldo saying that tje bus would arrive between 02.00 and 02.30 am. However, we waited (and we were freezing) until 03.30 am before the bus showed up. I tried to call all numbers, and a woman answered, but she could not speak english and could not communicate how much longer we had to wait. We were about to give up when the bus arrived.
Trip from Kiev to Bucharest by Luks was a smooth,comfy,not exaustive

Drivers are really good providing also customer service

confusion with tickets and seats. a lot of luggage that was placed in the cabin, which caused discomfort.
Bus was 40 minutes late to pick us up, but the bus was comfortable and the air conditioning worked. Tea / coffee / small snack cake on board was nice. There was a nice looking tablet type device at seat, but none of them had power. I thought there was a toilet on the bus but there was not and the first stop to use the toilet was after 2 1/2 hours. I only used the bus from Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine to Suceava, Romania. It was ok and I would probably ride it again.
I am always use Luks Istanbul because from Kiev to Bucharest it’s shortest way because they do not cross Moldova where two more borders
Also they have free cold water and coffee and sometimes juis
The only drawback are stops for toilet
I think one more stop after Siret would work better
Over all I would recommend this company

We were very happy with the bus ride. The office in Istanbul didn't seem so neat, but one of the staff spoke English and made us feel at ease immediately.
Also the rest of tje journey the staff were very kind, which made the bus ride quite pleasant, as also the chairs were good (for an 2+2 bus), the temperature was right (in other bus companies the temperature was sometimes way to high) and the WiFi was great.
