Good trip

Trip from Istanbul to Burgas. The staff was professional and friendly. Departure was punctual. Driving was safe. Coffee, tea and small snacks were served during the trip. There were two short stops (~ 10-15 minutes) on the way. Bus was clean and quite comfortable. Arrival was a bit late but it strongly depends on the border passing time. Overall impression is very positive.

The bus trip from Istanbul to Varna was overall good. The bus was comfortable, clean, and had working air conditioning, so the journey itself was quite pleasant.

We passed the border quickly and without any issues, which was a nice surprise. However, despite that, the total travel time ended up being about 1.5 hours longer than originally scheduled, which affected our plans a bit.

There were also quite frequent stops along the way, usually lasting 5–10–15 minutes. While they gave a chance to rest, they also added to the overall travel time.

Overall, the trip left a positive impression — everything was calm and stress-free, especially at the border. If not for the longer travel time and frequent stops, it would have been perfect.

I don't understand why there are such low ratings. Perhaps it's the competitors. I took a bus from Turkey to Bulgaria yesterday, and it was excellent. The drivers were excellent, and they even offered water and tea, which was also very nice. Excellent service.

Professional drivers, comfortable bus, safety trip, attention and assistance.

The travel took 6.5 hours, instead of the 4 hours claimed by the operator. It is not possible to travel from Burgas to Istanbul in 4 hours.

The bus broke down 3 times during the trip. The breaks were malfunctioning. This company RISKS THEIR PASSENGERS LIVES!! Newer use it

That was a strange situation: the bus stopped in Pomorie, and the car pick-up parked neatly on the side of the bus. Then the drivers and people from that pick-up started offloading black bags from our bus, and no one from the bus was allowed to leave the bus until the bus drivers finished offloading black bags from our bus, and the pick-up left.

Maybe it was contraband, but I don't want this to happen again.

The trip was bad. At first we need to cross the highway where the construction was done to catch the bus. Then we were asked to change the bus. The journey was too long, and moreover we were asked to leave the Bus not at Pomorie bus stop, but somewhere near the hotel at the very beginning of Pomorie city
