1. Puteți face o rezervare doar dacă sunteți român sau turc; pentru alții, această rezervare este necunoscută.
2. Dacă decideți să vă rezervați locul prin intermediul biroului din București, fiți pregătiți să aveți un loc diferit când ajungeți la Istanbul.
Mă întreb de ce se întâmplă asta, dar nimeni nu-mi va explica.
3. Administratorul promite să rezolve problema prin telefon, dar nu o face.
Acum un an, am avut aceeași problemă cu peronul.
Biletul indica un peron, dar în realitate, era altul. Și cel mai interesant, au încercat să revindă biletele pe care le-am cumpărat pentru că autobuzul era plin și am ajuns cu 5-10 minute înainte de plecare.

Honestly one of the best experiences in a bus traveling. Very clean exterior, comfortable seats, excellent team. The only thing is the road in Bulgaria- a lot of sharp turns, no sleep because of breaking and turns.

The price is good
I bought ticket to Filaret but I did not reach it - instead it disembarked passengers somewhere in Bucharest far from the metro (I did not understand why because I do not speak Turkish) and I had to look for how to get to civilization.
There was no toilets the bus - that is why it made too many stops.

The staff was friendly, but so many stops for smoking directly next to the doors caused smoky air in the bus after break. That did not let me feel comfortable.

Bus could have used a cleaning but was acceptable. Couldn’t figure out how to connect to wifi (pswd should be in bus or on ticket). Bus arrived super early compared to schedule (4am vs 6am) leaving non-locals to scramble to find something to do.
A bit difficult it find the loading zone at Istanbul bus terminal.

The driver was smoking cigarette while driving. This is unlawful and is against EU and Greek regulations. Its not only unsafe but also the whole bus reeked of cigarette smoke.
