Could you please clarify whether you decided to cancel your trip on your own or whether the carrier informed you of its cancellation? We have not received any information regarding the cancellation of this flight.

If you canceled the trip on your own, then according to the ticket refund terms and conditions indicated on the website before purchase and in the ticket itself, the refund is possible no later than 1 hour 30 minutes before departure.

Since the flight has actually taken place, the tickets are non-refundable. Also, no attempts to issue a refund were recorded on your part before departure.

But it said that they would refund the money in 1-3 days but you haven’t send me anything so it does not seem like you are going to and I don’t understand

However, we see that you have another order (the link does not apply to it) and you have successfully canceled the tickets Zakopane - Krakow at 18:30. This cancellation took place on 29.01.2025 at 10:00 and the funds in the amount of 21.33 EUR were returned to the card used for payment.
