I never had such strict bus rules and strange atmosphere as here.

-The bus wanted to leave a few minutes before the departure time;

-The driver didn't allow passengers to take off their shoes and eat their food. Which looks pretty normal, but it was said in a very rude way.

-There was no internet and toilet on board (we had a stop to use bathrooms but the only problem it was very cold to go outside to use it).

-The drivers suddenly started to argue very loudly. I didn't understand the reason, but it sounded very agressive.

I understand that people are sometimes too annoying, but it's also important to provide a service which will make a positive experience from the trip.

The bus was late to Genoa by 1 hour. As a result, I have missed my next bus and had to buy new tickets to my destination (more expense and more time to complete my trip). To the drivers' credit, they did try to persuade the drivers of the next bus to wait, but they have refused to wait (for only 5 minutes!).
