Safe, comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff

I was left with only positive emotions.

I was walking around the city when a heavy rain started. I had already spent all my money, so I decided to go to the bus station to take shelter from the rain.

At the station I found the Lüks Karadeniz Seyahat office. I asked the employee if I could sit there until my bus departure. He offered me some delicious tea and joked with me. If possible, please send him greetings from Sofia and my great gratitude for the excellent service.

I arrived at 18:47, and my bus was leaving at 22:40. The funniest thing is that I didn’t know Turkey has a different time zone, and my watch showed one hour more. I thought I only had to wait 3 hours, but I actually waited all 4. When I realized my watch was showing the wrong time, it was very funny to me.

After the rain my feet were completely wet, but the office was so warm that I didn’t even get sick.

We arrived in just 3 hours, even though we crossed the border.

I enjoyed the trip, thank you.

The only comment: they almost forgot to drop me off in Batumi. That is something I would improve.

Şehirde yürüyüş yapıyordum ve aniden şiddetli bir yağmur başladı. Tüm paramı zaten harcamıştım, bu yüzden yağmurdan korunmak için otogara gitmeye karar verdim.

Otogarda Lüks Karadeniz Seyahat ofisini buldum. Ofisteki çalışana otobüsüm kalkana kadar burada oturup bekleyip bekleyemeyeceğimi sordum. Bana lezzetli bir çay ikram etti ve benimle şakalaştı. Mümkünse ona Sofia’dan selam ve yüksek hizmeti için büyük teşekkürlerimi iletebilirsiniz.

Ben 18:47’de geldim, otobüsüm ise 22:40’ta kalkıyordu. En komik olan şey, Türkiye’de farklı bir saat dilimi olduğunu bilmememdi ve saatim bir saat ileri gösteriyordu. Sadece 3 saat bekleyeceğimi düşünüyordum ama aslında 4 saat bekledim. Saatimin yanlış zamanı gösterdiğini fark ettiğimde bana çok komik geldi.

Yağmurdan sonra ayaklarım tamamen ıslanmıştı, ama ofis o kadar sıcaktı ki hasta bile olmadım.

Sınırdan geçmemize rağmen sadece 3 saatte vardık.

Yolculuğu beğendim, teşekkür ederim.

Tek bir yorumum var: Batum’da beni indirmeyi neredeyse unutuyorlardı. Bunu düzeltmek iyi olurdu.

Took much longer than expected, many unnecessary stops, drinking on-board people. Took almost 6 hours instead of 3. Customs control was quick.

Everything is fine

Bus was extremely late in arriving at Batumi (scheduled for 2:30 pm, did not leave Batumi until over an hour later). No info given, bus office very uncooperative and non customer friendly. No wifi on bus either.

It was my most bad bus trip , but drivers didn’t speak English and I asked about to take on the conditioner, they said yes , but didn’t put it on, had no air in the bus , and they did the lot of stop points in the night road, and take on the bright light every time , people said about please take off the light we wanted to sleep , but they say no , it’s feels like a bus of the SS punishers), and in the end of trip they just take out my backpack to dirty ground from the baggage. It was the most bad trip.?

Would be better if the stuff was more qualified, knew English,

The customer service is poor the communication is very bad there is no respect for the passenger if you want to ask question the response comes like he paid not me.

It was a great bus trip, 45 minutes late leaving, but arrived on schedule. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the journey very comfortable. Stops were every 4 hours for 30 minutes each, which was perfect.

It was great trip! I took Lux Karadeniz few times already. It's my favorite bus company. Comfy and clear buses, friendly and pro drivers, good service in way and nice prices! Thanks.
