I never found the ride I booked. I asked in the train station and bus station in Krakow and they told me that they don't recognise the ticket, nor the company written in the ticket. I ended up buying another ticket.

The bus arrived 30 mins later than was claimed in the ticket. And then waited 30 mins more on the station. Looks like 1 hour difference between bus actual schedule and ticket information. The biggest problem that nobody has called about delay and when I asked drivers that said that they are going by schedule. So either the schedule has changed and no notice happened or the ticket time is wrong.
Everything was nice, lady working on the board are friendly and helpful. Comfortable bus. Only one thing...it arrives later 30 minutes because of weather.

We boarded the bus in Uzhhorod with a transfer to a train in Slovakia included in the ticket, but the train did not wait due to border delays. We were forced to buy another ticket, effectively paying double for the same trip.

Dear Infobus Team,
We hereby formally demand a FULL refund for BOTH passengers, Ivan Korchynskyi and Olena Smish, for the above-mentioned orders. A partial refund will not be accepted.
Due to a missed connection caused by border delays beyond our control, we failed to arrive at our destination at the scheduled time, missed an important pre-arranged meeting, and were forced to purchase additional tickets at our own expense.
This resulted in double payment for the same journey and significant inconvenience for both passengers. Responsibility for this disruption does not lie with us.
Please confirm in writing that the full amount for both passengers will be refunded and provide the exact refund timeline.
