I went to the location more than half an hour prior to departure time, and proved that with a WhatsApp geolocation sent to InfoBus and my Bolt trip record. I kept walking along the whole street looking for the bus, and asked both unmarked white vans if that's my bus, but both insisted that it's not my bus. I don't know what went wrong there, but perhaps it's a language barrier. I tried calling both contact numbers, called also both on WhatsApp, messaged both on WhatsApp, and tried texting the numbers as well, but nobody responded.
I then contacted InfoBus just after departure time (the bus hadn't even left yet according to the company), and somehow they just claimed they were there and I wasn't there so they just left, and that they wouldn't even be a refund or anything.

Indeed, we can see that you contacted us regarding the absence of the bus. After receiving your request, we contacted the carrier, who informed us that the bus was at the boarding point for 30 minutes and departed.
Your ticket states:
VERY IMPORTANT!!! If you doubt or are not sure that you are on the right place of the departure, or cannot find the carrier, that is indicated on the ticket, we strongly recommend to call the carrier’s contacts indicated on the ticket, but no later than 15 minutes before the departure. If the carrier does not answer, immediately call the Help Line. In case of non-compliance with these regulations, it is considered that the passenger is late.
Your request was recorded after departure, so unfortunately we had no possibility to assist you promptly in locating the bus and ensuring boarding.
From our side, we submitted a request to the carrier regarding a refund. The carrier carefully reviewed the situation and informed us that, according to GPS, the bus was present and departed at 07:15, and you were not at the boarding point. Therefore, the refund was denied.
