Horrible. We were supossed to leave at 13.00 and arrive at 19.00. They changed the schedule to leave from Tiflis at 15.00, we asked for confirmation to arrive at 20. 00 to Yerevan. They promised us so. We arrived at 22.30 and lost our connections

The driver was very nice and was driving okay. But with the phone while driving ?? Some of the seats of the car had no seat belts nor head supports : what about the safety and confort of your travelers ??? Also, we had a 1h stop, instead of a 20min one for the charging of the mini bus , which should have been fully charged BEFORE departure. You should offer us a compensation for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, we missed the bus despite arriving well in advance—a whole hour early—because the exact location of the bus stop was unclear. Since we had just arrived from Italy, we didn't have mobile data. We asked several passersby and shopkeepers, but no one could give us precise directions other than telling us to wait in front of house number 8 on the street you provided. It was only much later, long after we had missed the bus, that a McDonald's employee was able to point out the actual location. In the end, we had to fix the situation by booking a new ticket for the afternoon.

The ticket said that it would be a bus, but it was actually a small car, and everyone was crammed inside. The driver was also rude.

We booked a bus to Tblisi at 11 o’clock but when the bus arrived they didn’t have our names on the pax list. The company was difficult to contact with even if we got finally rescheduled for the bus at 13 o’clock. The bus had air con but it was not very comfortable. When we crossed the border, a ramshackle vehicle was waiting for us. The driving was very unsafe and uncomfortable. In addition, the driver kept smoking the whole trip.

Overall, the service was decent, but there were a few issues that made the journey less comfortable. The biggest problem was after crossing the border. There were no clear instructions about where to find our car, so we had to wait for 15–20 minutes before the driver arrived. It would be helpful if the company provided clearer pickup information. Another downside was that the car didn't have air conditioning. Traveling in the summer without AC made the trip quite uncomfortable, especially on a long journey. On the positive side, the driver was polite, professional, and clearly experienced. He drove safely and was courteous throughout the trip, which we appreciated.

Very good experience with my ride to Yerevan. We had a car instead of a bus which was super convenient. Arrived right on time despite leaving a bit later than planned. Felt safe during the car journey and our driver Mestrop was great. Would recommend
