great drivers, good car, cheap tickets

The driver made remarks about nationality which I found discriminative. Above all he was not friendly at all.

My husband and son recently took the bus from Yerevan to Tbilisi, and it was a terrible and terrifying experience. The driving was extremely dangerous on multiple occasions, with the driver making several reckless overtakes without caution, making them feel like their lives were at risk. To top it off, the driver even seemed to almost fall asleep at the wheel. The vehicle itself was in very poor condition and had no working A/C, making the long journey unbearable. Absolutely not raccomanded.

A bit of a strange set up but ultimately a good job. There wasn't a bus for the start of the journey from Tbilisi. Instead everyone was driven in separate cars to the border with Armenia. After going through passport control, we then got on a bus. The car journey and bus journey were both perfect with good people in control. Just I'm unusual is all! Thanks to everyone for getting us there safely.

This was, beyond doubt ,the worse van trip I have experienced. These are the reasons: Mercedes van 36DS400. On this trip the vehicle was not roadworthy, broke down, slowed to walking pace, some doors were not able to be closed, window wipers not working meaning at one point the driver had to pour bottled water to clear. The driver fell asleep on several occasions while driving. We had a few near misses, one where he drifted into the other lane into the path of a truck. He overtook on a blind bend without knowing if there was on coming traffic. The guy also smoked while in the van. The journey took 7 hours. This was not due to traffic! I and some of the other passages feared for our lives at times. Can you please explain your policy for ensuring vehicles are roadworthy, have adequate insurance and drivers are competent? The carrier has no responded to my questions.

The driver was super professional and he was not driving fast or dangerous. He stopped once and the bus was not late. Company wrote be beforehand on WhatsApp. Overall great experience

The driver is nice and punctual. There’s no AC but was okay with window opened. Had to change car at the boarder. From a minivan to 2 cars. Waited 20 minutes or so for the second driver.

Everything was good

I have traveled with this company twice. The first time everything was great - it was a morning trip from Tbilisi to Yerevan (7 am). But the second time, on the way back to Tbilisi (at 1 am), it was dangerous. The driver had not slept for 2 days and almost fell asleep during the trip. It is dangerous to let drivers work like this. We got home safely, but next time I wouldn’t go like this.
