Everything was fine at first until we were about to reach dilijan. The driver asked for my address and said he would deliver me straight to my hotel. After a while he asked for extra money for this extra drive. I agreed but he wanted 20 lari. It was an extra 2 km drive, yandex map showed taxi for 300 AMD, the driver was charging me for over 10 times. I argued and gave him 10 lari at last. That was bizarre I hope that such things won’t happen again.

Very rude driver , left me at the border without notice and went to charge station , reckless driving and speeding , and had a to ticket from the police in armenia

Dangerous driving. A car at least 25 years old with no seatbelts for passengers and no space for our luggage. The driver didn't speak any English. Totally unsafe.

Departure was delayed by an hour because there was more luggage than space allowed, and three people refused to share two seats. After much back-and-forth, two other people got off, and the bus departed with six passengers. Upon arrival (behind schedule), we were dropped off on a side road some distance away from Tbilisi Isani Mall, Navtlugis St. 8a

The car is nice, clean. The driver was constantly talking on the phone while driving. I was solving some of my own affairs, then I put alcohol in the trunk of the car, which spilled on our things. And everything stinks terribly of alcohol.

Terrible service. We booked 7am plan, however they changed our booking to 9:30 deparuture at 6:45 and meeting point as well. We moved to there by ourselves. Georgea side driver was calling and using SNS during driving. It is very dangerous. I can't recommend the service.

Poor choice of stops. No food there Something was whistling at the car - drove me crazy.

It was nice that they contacted me a day in advance to check if I was actually coming and you immediately get the driver's number. From Tbilisi to Yerevan: Little to no information was shared, was poor because the driver didn't speak English. At the departure point, a car took me to another spot to depart from there by minibus. Departure was on time. Along the way, we made two unplanned stops: one of 15 min (in reality 50 min) to charge the minibus and one of 10 min (in reality 30 min) for reasons unknown. The driver frequently made phone calls while driving, but that is normal in this region. Most important, he did not smoke in the vehicle. I couldn't see his driving style because my view was blocked. We weren't left behind and arrived in Yerevan safe and sound and reasonably on time. A great alternative to the train journey, which takes about 10 hours. From Yerevan to Tbilisi: This time it was a very pleasant, quiet ride. Although the driver didn't speak English, he was very friendly and did his best. He was a calm man who drove safely and responsibly. This time we didn't travel by minibus but by a regular car, and was no music playing (very great). This driver and his driving skills were truly excellent.

Extremely Poor and Unsafe Experience – Passengers Abandoned at the Border This was one of the worst transportation experiences I have ever had. There were 8 passengers and 4 large suitcases, all of which were allowed when we purchased the tickets. However, we were crammed into an 8-seat minivan with all the luggage, leaving extremely limited space and making the journey very uncomfortable. Even more concerning was the driver’s driving. He drove at very high speed on steep and winding roads, causing passengers to constantly be thrown from side to side inside the vehicle. It felt unsafe throughout the journey. The most unacceptable incident happened at the Armenia–Georgia border. One person in our group was visa-exempt, so the border officers needed additional time to complete the immigration checks. After approximately 30 minutes, the rest of us completed the procedure and went outside — only to discover that the minivan and the driver had already left without giving us any notice whatsoever. Please imagine being abandoned at an international border in a foreign country, with no information, no phone call, no message, and no attempt by the driver to check whether all passengers had completed immigration. We contacted the service provider, but instead of taking responsibility, they simply blamed us for taking 30 minutes longer at immigration and said that the vehicle had left because of the delay. How were we supposed to know that the border officers would require additional time to check one passenger? Immigration procedures are completely beyond passengers’ control. The driver should have waited for all passengers or, at the very least, contacted us before leaving. We had paid the full fare for the journey, yet the company showed absolutely no responsibility for ensuring that all paying passengers were safely transported to the destination. This experience reflects extremely poor customer service, irresponsible operation, and serious safety concerns. I strongly recommend that passengers think twice before booking this service, especially for an international border crossing. Unsafe driving, overcrowded vehicle, and, most importantly, passengers being abandoned at the border without any notification. Absolutely unacceptable.

Driver was nice on our way to Tbilisi, but putting 4 adults in one small car, not a minibus, as promissed was terrible! THERE WERE 2 HUGE MEN AND 2 WOMEN, ITS BASICLY UNREAL TO SIT LIKE THIS FOR 6 HOURS BETWEEN TWO ADULTS BACK TO BACK!!!!!!!!
