the bus arrived almost an hour late(no apologies, no warning), broke on the way to sofia! waited 40 minutes for a new bus to come that left us in sofia (my ticket was from thessaloniki to PLOVDVIV). no one came or explained what us passengers should do adequately! after waiting for 2 hours i had to buy A NEW ticket to plovdiv. absolute scam of a company, avoid at all costs. they also insisted my ticket number is invalid and that they can't find it and treated me incredibly rude. waste of money and time for a full nightmare 10-hour trip!
We waited for over an hour without any information on the delay! The Bus was very old but at least it was clean.
I am satisfied with everything with my trip and all the passengers were served the best way possible.

We are truly sorry that your trip was so difficult due to the bus breakdown and caused you additional expenses. We understand that the unexpected stop, waiting for a replacement vehicle, and having to purchase a new ticket are significant inconveniences no passenger should face.

thank you. at the central bus station in sofia they claimed my ticket number from infobus is invalid and nonexistent. they provided no information how i should even continue my route to plovdiv after dropping me off to sofia! (the bus drivers who were extremely unhelpful and later on the ladies at the central bus station desk).
Hello! We are sincerely sorry for the situation, but yes the bus was delayed, because of the farmers' strikes and most of the roads in Greece are closed. Unfortunately, the bus broke down on the way, but a new bus came and took all of the passengers. We do not know what exactly happen with your ticket and why the colleagues couldn;t find it. We are extremely sorry for the awful situation.
