  • The driver said "this is not your bus" and refuse my ticket.... that ironically had the same name on the window with the same direction.... no reasons at all except for the " your bus will come later" my bus was at 09.30am he left at 09:31... after 1 hour of waiting no bus came to pick me up and no ther clients were at the bust station.... my entire trip was ruined.

  • The driver was very kind and helpful. Nevertheless the customs officials made us wait 8 (!) hours. Everybody with a non Belarus passport had to do an interview with an official. They searched phones, luggage, ask how much money head, looked at photos on phone, asked if we knew people in Ukraine? We were even locked in the section of the building where we were interviewed. A real horrible experience
