Firstly I don’t believe my ticket was even scanned or checked properly; secondly there was an old lady next to me that i believe did not have a valid ticket and she was sat next to me. She was sitting next to me and became very disrupted and started shouting,. During the break when I moved from my original seat to move to a different seat she followed me and claimed that the new seat I was sitting on was in fact her seat. She was clearly not fit for travel. The vehicle it’s self seemed ok however not a very comfortable one

The bus arrived to another platform. The bus has been marked by another city. The driver did not recognise ticket from internet. As a result the bus has gone without me. No way to have a trip.
