I booked at rather short notice so had a seat at the back of the bus. It was not very clean on the floor and could have done with better hygiene. The driver was fantastic and we arrived earlier than expected. All in all pleased with the service.

AC doesn’t work

There was a driver without any communication skills, the driver just closed the bus door when I asked to take my back pack. Also the way that Bulgarian drivers communicate either tourist is awful. Therefore I don’t recommend

The booking said there would be a toilet, wifi and charger on board. This was not the case.

Firstly I don’t believe my ticket was even scanned or checked properly; secondly there was an old lady next to me that i believe did not have a valid ticket and she was sat next to me. She was sitting next to me and became very disrupted and started shouting,. During the break when I moved from my original seat to move to a different seat she followed me and claimed that the new seat I was sitting on was in fact her seat. She was clearly not fit for travel. The vehicle it’s self seemed ok however not a very comfortable one
