    Tani bus! What a mistake! They sold the ticket and the bus didn't appear on time at the bus stop! I was waiting more than 20 minutes. I had a big problem to find the solution without the transport in foreign city. Moreover people on help line didn' speak polish nor english at all. We had problems to comunicate. I sent the complaint and they didn't give the money back. BEWARE OF TANIBUS. Finally it is expensive and you will have problems! It was a cheat!

    Thank you for your feedback. We understand that this situation caused you a lot of inconvenience, especially in a foreign city.

    We can see that you contacted our support service regarding the absence of the bus. Your first request was recorded at 18:50, which was already after the scheduled departure time. According to the information in your e-ticket:

    "VERY IMPORTANT!!! If you doubt or are not sure that you are at the correct departure location, or cannot find the carrier indicated on the ticket, we strongly recommend calling the carrier’s contact numbers listed on the ticket no later than 15 minutes before departure. If the carrier does not respond, immediately call the Help Line. In case of non-compliance with these instructions, it is considered that the passenger is late."

    After receiving your request, we immediately contacted the carrier. In response, we received confirmation that the bus arrived at the departure point on time and the trip proceeded according to schedule. Therefore, the carrier denied the refund request.

    From our side, we have done everything possible to resolve the situation.
