  • We traveled on July 11, 2025, from Ostrava to Rakhiv with Gega Bus. The ticket was purchased online and did not include a seat number. The bus was delayed by 30 minutes. The driver was either not competent or not informed that a mother with two children would be on board. We had to search for seats to sit together, but the driver showed no willingness to help. Thankfully, some kind female passengers understood the situation and helped us find seats. Despite half the bus being occupied by children, the driver smoked inside the bus and exceeded the speed limit while driving through Ukraine. I do not recommend Gega Bus.
