Nice staff, clean bus, shame the entertainment system and announces were only in a language we couldn't understand, but we managed.

Trip was okay, seats were too close but the bus was empty enought to be comfortable. No staff member spoke english and every announce was in Romanian which was unfortunate. No toilets in the bus, unpredictable stops every 4h in service stations. The team said there would be tea and coffee, yet I was only able to have tea once in 19h of trip.
