They drove 60 km per hour on the highway specifically because the owner told them to drive slowly. Because of this, they arrived in Kyiv not at 8 am but at 11! They did not stop at the dacha at the request of the passengers. They were rude.
All good. No Issues

Please note that the arrival time of an international bus is always approximate, as the route includes crossing the border between two countries. The duration of border control procedures is beyond the carrier’s control. We always inform our passengers that delays are possible and recommend taking this into account when planning further travel or appointments.
Regarding the speed of travel — the bus was moving within the legally permitted limits, following the owner’s instructions and in compliance with safety regulations. Please remember that a regular international bus is not a private shuttle. Stops are allowed only at officially designated points as specified in the approved route and government-issued permits. In Kyiv, these are only the official bus stations, which are registered and authorized for such operations.
We regret if your interaction with the drivers left a negative impression. Your comments will be forwarded to them for internal review. However, please note that drivers are not allowed to change the route or schedule at the request of individual passengers.
Sincerely,
Customer Support

The border was crossed less than 2 hours. The permission for busses on route was 90-120km for busses depends on the section of the road. The delay was because owner asked drivers ride slow! This was done specifically so that the bus would arrive at the final station later. A/C dachna is official bus station in Kiev. There is no changes in road, as bus passes this station. Drivers just refuse to stop there.
Please be informed that every drop-off point must be officially approved by the Ministry of Infrastructure. This information is clearly stated in the operating permit. Any unauthorized stop is a serious violation and may result in a significant fine.
In Kyiv, the drop-off location is not chosen at will — it is either the Central Bus Station or the Satellite Station. In your case, the designated drop-off was the Satellite Station. This is clearly indicated on your ticket. By purchasing the ticket, you agreed to the terms, including the specified drop-off point.
Regarding speed: buses are not allowed to travel at 120 km/h. This is not only for your own safety, but also because the road conditions in Ukraine do not permit such speeds.
We consider the matter closed and will not continue further correspondence on this topic.
Sincerely,

of course, because your service is awful. If you announce to arrive at 08.00a.m. you should do your best to stick to schedule. I think you need to read carefully spid limits for busses - it is not 60km per hour!
