I was waiting for a bus from Kutaisi Airport to Tblissi, but the bus never came. I booked another bus and I Ve waited more than a hour and the bus didn’t stop at the airport. Finale I paid two Times for nothing without any possibility to be refund and I have had to take a taxi to Go to the capital where I had a meeting. I guess I have been unlucky

Bus left without us, we came on time and it didn’t stop. Just passed us. We contacted the courier company and they told us to take taxi and catch the bus. However bus driver didn’t even stopped to wait for us, even if it was his fault. We missed the bus and didn’t get a refund
