We waited at the scheduled location at the time of departure, however the bus did not come. We waited for 15-20 minutes.
The pick up location provided on the ticket is wrong. It should be amended.

The driver and the route were pleasant, no complaints.
But I had to wait additional 45min because of the unannounced delay. And of course we were 45min late in Batumi. Nobody called or messaged me about this delay. When I asked the info desk, I was told to wait max 30min.
