I had a really great experience with this company. The bus was clean, comfortable, and had air conditioning, which made the trip very pleasant. We were given complimentary bottled water and even offered tea during the journey, which was a lovely touch. The Wi-Fi also worked well. A special thank you to the driver for being so friendly, attentive, and professional. The driving was smooth and safe from start to finish. Very bad. It couldn't be worse. While I was looking for a place to board a bus in Batumi, the bus passed by me. At the bus station, they said that the minibus had stopped and was waiting. I caught up by car, but there was no bus waiting anywhere. I had to take a taxi to Kutaisi Airport to catch a plane. I will never travel with your company again.

Nice and comfortable and very exciting way to go from Ankara to Tiflis . Many stops at different locations and every location is very special. The 24 hour trip went by like nothing Totally recommendable!

The bus was an hour and a half late. When we boarded, other passengers' used coffee and tea cups were lying on our seats, so we threw out their trash. We asked the driver if we could have tea (other passengers were drinking tea and coffee), and he said no.
