Although the bus station at Santiago was Chaotic and very disorganized once we actually boarded our bus it was smooth sailing all the way. I cannot praise our driver highly enough he was calm, helpful and efficient. He inspired confidence as he was thoroughly professional, looked very professional in his attire and gave us a smooth and perfectly executed ride all the way to Porto airport. Well done and I can recommend this company without hesitation.

Fahrer und Bus sind wirklich gut.
Allerdings war mein Anschluß in Bayenne stark gefährdet, da in den letzten Orten dahin sehr viele Ampeln stehen und die wohl nicht grad auf Reisende warten wollen. So reduzierte sich mein Übergang zum Zug von 25 Minuten auf 10 Minuten, bei 12 Minuten theoretischet Wegzeit. Eher ziemlich unangenehm!

Genoa to Bergamo, and bus did not come due to strike, we did not get any cancellation notice or message about trip delay,
Very disappointed with service, we could have missed our flight ! In the end we took a train to Bergamo
