  • 1) Bus was delayed. 2) No automatic notification system about the delay. 3) Refund was refused without a provided reason. Ended up buying an ecolines ticket for my mother instead.

  • A rather pleasant trip. The Chinese bus wasn't exactly comfortable, but for the distance from Grodno to Warsaw, it's ok. The driver was very polite and helped with our luggage as much as possible—a special thank you to him. We were on time, but we also take into account "choosing the right time of travel."
