  • Terrible You can't take a small bag into the salon. While we were sorting things out, the bus left. The managers don't care. I demanded to call the police - they said yes, and that was it.

  • The driver stop after 6 hours from beginning for rest . The music was playing all time with loud volume even wen we asked to reduce the volume he didn’t responded.

  • The bus broke down in the way. I have very important meeting in Kutaisi so I find alternative way. This was very bad experience.
