Rude drivers. Delays.

The driver told us that the other car suddenly appeared to be broken and he had to replace his colleague by his car, despite being at work in the previous days and having slept only two hours on the previous night, he drove swiftly and well but twice stopped at unlikely places on the road for three to fifteen minutes. at the border, he disappeared for one hour, reappearing from the georgian territory. and then he didn't come for an additional half an hour, apparently being engaged in discussion with the georgian customs officers. Being inquired by me what had happened, he answered that the officers had thouroughly exmined and partly deconstructed the car in search of drugs and gold, but found nothing. i find this story dubious. whatever the case, he - or the customs oficers - 'ate' 1,5 hour of our time, and we hardly managed to be accomodated in our dwelling. he drove us just to Ortachala bus station, as if nothing had happened, with no idea of compenating us for the delay we were not responsible for. overally, he was kind.

Karen is a good driver and a nice person, well deserved 5 stars.

They delayed our departure by 2 hours and arrival by 3 hours and didn’t completed at final destination. We have to finish by ourselves with taxi. Fortunately, we didn’t have flights after. They refused to communicate and at least apologize for caused problems. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Они задержали выезд авто на 2 часа и прибытие на 3 часа, и мы так и не добрались до конечного финального места. Нам пришлось добираться до места назначения самостоятельно на такси. К счастью, у нас не было других рейсов после этого. Они отказались общаться и хотя бы извиниться за причиненные проблемы. Я уже не говорю за возврат средств. НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ!

Good trip, friendly and helpful driver. We will use the same company for future trips.

The driver was very polite and friendly. We had a longer trip due to weather conditions but he showed his professionalism. Good experience.
