  • The minibus was average. The driver was all over the place, too many stops for nothing. In the end 2h late and dropped off at different location in Yerevan then planned.

  • Bus was delayed quite a bit, but the communication with us was sufficient. The vehicle was comfortable and it was driven smoothly. The pasport control also went very quick.

  • Late to set off for no concernable reason, driver literally drove like a maniac. English and Russians alike as passengers were concerned. We nearly crashed about 3 times! Overtaking every car for no apparent reason only to stop for 30mins so he could eat a kebab…

  • The vehicle is comfortable. However, the driver made the trip very difficult. He accelerated very aggressively to overtake, even in areas with zero visibility. He handled the steering wheel in a very rough and unsafe manner. The journey was so unsettling that we seriously considered getting off halfway for our own safety.

  • Overall fine ride. But, driver smoked out the window and in average drove over 20 km/h to fast on mountain roads. The planned stops didn't occur at all, so have a solid blader. You can't eat in the car and we almost left on at the boarder due to extended time with him. So fine, but be aware of theese notes.

  • Company DOES NOT communicate - where will the bus start travel from! The indicate spot on the ticker - IS WRONG!!! Took me and my taxi driver some 20 minutes to find the bus... There was NO CONDITIONER in the bus! Windows always open... Not good! Not at all friendly Georgian driver!

  • The bus didn't arrive at all. They left me stranded in Vanadzor for 2 hours without answering my messages or giving me any other solution on how I could get to Tbilisi. The guy was online on whatsapp the whole time and he just refused to give me any information. So In the end I had to hitchhike to Tbilisi, because there was no other way. I want my money back, because this company is just super unprofessional and bad. Don't use them, if you want reliable transport.

  • The older driver was nice and drove in excellent manner. Everything was smooth, only the vehicle seats are bit small.
