Very bad car, different from photos. Departure time delayed one hour, don’t respect other people’s time. Unpleasant attitude to foreign tourists, not well arranged the time for short break on the way.

Il bus non è passato. Abbiamo perso il bus per andare dall’Armenia alla Georgia e questo ci ha causato molti disagi. La fermata del bus a Gyumri non è indicata. Nessun altro bus andava a Tbilisi. Ho richiesto il rimborso ma non mi ha calcolato nessuno

I was in the worst case scenario. The bus was cancelled. I asked Nika tour when the bus didn't arrive & got reply that there was a car accident. An hour after the supposed departure time, the bus station manager told me the bus is cancelled. Luckily he found a shared taxi for me but the fare is higher. I am still pushing for the refund, which I may never get!

The driving was reckless, overly aggressive overtaking cars on blind corners while speeding, and the driver was on his phone while driving. No AC, and several long stops which resulted us getting into our destination an hour and a half late. Avoid Nika Tours, it’s an overpriced Mashrutka masquerading as a legitimate tour company.

The driver was rude he late more than hour and start yelling at us to be quiet

No A/C or windows, so basically an oven Not any kind of information neither in english neither in georgian about what's happening Arrived 2 hours later then announced

I arrived at the bus station well in advance of departure, the bus company said my ticket was fine but then I was refused boarding as they had overbooked the bus and it was full. Was offered to travel that evening but it was too late so I asked for a refund. No refund has happened 2 weeks later and following this up through Infobus i find the company falsely claimed I travelled with them. I am going through the complaints process but I’m not hopeful. Avoid Nika, they are clearly dishonest and disreputable.

July 29 since 09.00 I waited the bus in front of courthouse in Alaverdi, as indicated on the ticket, but the bus didn't arrive. I waited until 10.30. If it's possibile to refund me the ticket, please.
