The drive was quite smooth even though there were a couple of overtakings that could have been avoided. Bad note: the driver was continuously smoking in the vehicle

Horrible, they kept us waiting 30 mins. They said the minibus is overbooked and we will put extra small platic chairs. They chose me but I exploded on him so he ended up giving the plastic chairs to others, one of the chairs broke halfway. I do not recommend.

Unfortunately, our experience with this minibus transfer from Yerevan (Armenia) to Tbilisi (Georgia) was very disappointing and unsafe.

The scheduled departure time was 2:00 PM, and even though we arrived on time, we were repeatedly threatened that the bus would leave without us if we were not there exactly at that time. Before we even reached the departure point, we kept receiving constant messages saying that we were late, that we would miss the bus, and that they would leave us behind. This created unnecessary stress and pressure, despite the fact that we were following the agreed schedule.

During the journey, the driver was driving extremely fast and consistently exceeding the speed limits. Despite passengers politely asking him to slow down, he completely ignored our requests and continued driving recklessly.

Because of the excessive speed and rough driving, many passengers experienced nausea and a strong feeling of motion sickness, making the long journey very uncomfortable and unpleasant.

Additionally, due to the speed and constant shaking of the vehicle, my suitcase was damaged. The luggage cracked and developed visible fractures, resulting in it being completely ruined by the end of the trip.

Safety, professionalism, and basic respect for passengers should always be a priority, especially on long international routes. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. I would not recommend this service, and I strongly advise the company to seriously address their communication practices, driver behavior, and overall safety standards.
