The vehicle is comfortable. However, the driver made the trip very difficult. He accelerated very aggressively to overtake, even in areas with zero visibility. He handled the steering wheel in a very rough and unsafe manner. The journey was so unsettling that we seriously considered getting off halfway for our own safety.

Overall fine ride.
But, driver smoked out the window and in average drove over 20 km/h to fast on mountain roads.
The planned stops didn't occur at all, so have a solid blader. You can't eat in the car and we almost left on at the boarder due to extended time with him.
So fine, but be aware of theese notes.

Company DOES NOT communicate - where will the bus start travel from! The indicate spot on the ticker - IS WRONG!!! Took me and my taxi driver some 20 minutes to find the bus... There was NO CONDITIONER in the bus! Windows always open... Not good! Not at all friendly Georgian driver!

The bus didn't arrive at all. They left me stranded in Vanadzor for 2 hours without answering my messages or giving me any other solution on how I could get to Tbilisi. The guy was online on whatsapp the whole time and he just refused to give me any information. So In the end I had to hitchhike to Tbilisi, because there was no other way. I want my money back, because this company is just super unprofessional and bad. Don't use them, if you want reliable transport.

The older driver was nice and drove in excellent manner. Everything was smooth, only the vehicle seats are bit small.

The experience was bad, the driver wasnt at first allowing us to sit in the free seats, he was forcing us to sit in the back. We were left in the street and sent through taxi to Gyumri who left us at the entrance of the city not at the bus station as the booking states. A very bad experience, especially having my wife with me. Not recommended and will not refer any of my friends to use the transportation!!!

This was one of the worst rides ever. There was no air in the van, the driver stopped for long periods of time, he drove more than 2,5x the speed limit on narrow windy roads and a trip that was advertised for 2 hrs took 4h.

The worst experience ever!
1. 20 minutes after the ride started we stopped in the middle of the highway for like 30 minutes because we were waiting for more passengers.
2. The whole ride every 20-30 minutes the driver was smoking inside of the bus and all the passengers had to deal with that
3. The bus was stuffy and it was hot the whole ride.
4. The ride itself took us 7! hours and we were very exhausted as is and on top of that instead of taking us to the bus station as promised the driver took us off first to the airport because 3-4 passengers needed to catch a flight (no idea why they couldn’t call themselves a cab from the bus station).
5. The driver kept stopping abruptly the entire trip, every single time. At the end we started feeling really nauseous and the whole ride just felt like torture.
The workers on the bus station in Tbilisi were nice.
But the ride was the worst.
