On the square is not so simple to identify witch van is Nika tour. The departure supposed to be at 02pm and it left after 03pm, I had to ask to many people which one was Nika tour going to Tbilisi. There's information enough, if you wanna receive people from other countries you have to be prepared to put a decent sign and inform then if it will be late and what time will depart, another people that was in the van had a flight in Tbilisi and they were counting to leave at 02pm. The van is brand new and confortable but the signalisation can be better and warm the passagens when it's late.

I booked to travel with a minibus, what I received was a car with 5 other people. The space was non-existent. There was no space for the luggages, they place them on the top of the car's roof and in another car (there was 2 cars full of people). I didn't know if my luggage will be ok all the route, but it was the least important of this situation. Moreover the driver was unprofessional, he was smoking, talking to the phone, listening to music at a really high volume and unable to communicate in English. And on the top of all these, there was no sign so as to recognize which was Nika Tours "bus". Not even zero is ok for these services.

Terrible. The minivan operates without any sign or marking indicating "Nika Tour" or anything similar on the outside, making it impossible to identify. We were at the Gyumri bus station and only found out which vehicle belonged to Nika Tour after it had already departed. The telephone customer service was truly unacceptable: arrogant and offensive, both before the scheduled departure and afterward. In an attempt to find the minivan, we ended up asking almost everyone around us for help. When we eventually located the person who was actually the Nika Tour driver, he was unable to communicate clearly and came across as just an ordinary taxi driver rather than the representative of Nika Tour. Avoid this company. Services available through apps such as Yandex Go are far more efficient, cheaper, transparent, and reliable.

One hour delay in departure,without having any information , two hours late arrive, very dangerous driving from Spitak to the frontiers of Georgia , very high speed ,continuous ovetakings into a narrow and full of turns road with heavy traffic of big vehicles , the driver speaking to his mobile phone keeping it with his hand and smoking .

I bought a ticket to Tbilisi, the confirmation booking said the bus was leaving from Yerevan Bus Station. I got a taxi to Yerevan Bus Station, but the people there said Nika travels from Yerevan Rail Station. I tried to cancel the ticket but wasn’t able to get through to Support. I had to buy another ticket for a bus that left from Yerevan Bus Station

Very bad car, different from photos. Departure time delayed one hour, don’t respect other people’s time. Unpleasant attitude to foreign tourists, not well arranged the time for short break on the way.

Il bus non è passato. Abbiamo perso il bus per andare dall’Armenia alla Georgia e questo ci ha causato molti disagi. La fermata del bus a Gyumri non è indicata. Nessun altro bus andava a Tbilisi. Ho richiesto il rimborso ma non mi ha calcolato nessuno

I was in the worst case scenario. The bus was cancelled. I asked Nika tour when the bus didn't arrive & got reply that there was a car accident. An hour after the supposed departure time, the bus station manager told me the bus is cancelled. Luckily he found a shared taxi for me but the fare is higher. I am still pushing for the refund, which I may never get!
