The trip was not bad, the seats were comfortable. The downside was that at the border the doors were constantly open all night, my children and I sat opposite them and we all caught a cold, and they also did not warn us that we would be put on another bus to Khust in Siltsa. In the end, they dropped us off at a gas station and did not even take us to the Khust bus station. When asked if we were going to the station, they said no. It was good that I speak Ukrainian and was able to call a new taxi, but since my children only communicate in English, I would not recommend them to do this. It was not very pleasant to be on the street with suitcases at night. I would advise drivers to at least warn people what to expect, I understand that most people always ride these buses, but there are also tourists.
