I read the comments about the border and thought they weren't real.

Finally I found out that there was a big delay as we were stopped for 2.5 hours at the Bulgarian border for control...

Big delay and problem with the air conditioning.

Disappointed!

Disappointing trip. The staff member on the coach was helpful and professional. However, the coach itself was quite old and fairly worn out.

The biggest disappointment came at the border, where we were delayed for almost three and a half hours because of some packages or parcels. I never found out exactly what happened, but from what I understood, the company also transports parcels and something was discovered during the inspection.

To make matters worse, about halfway through the journey, we stopped at a rest area and had to leave the coach we had originally boarded and transfer to another coach belonging to the same company in order to continue the trip.

Overall, it was a very tiring and exhausting journey.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

The journey from Istanbul to Bucharest was a great success and the onboard staff were very helpful. I have friends making the same trip in near future and will recommend. Just one thing was that we ended at the Lotus office and it would have helped to be told in advance how to get to city centre.

The best service. I have travelled a lot, but this trip was the most comfortable and convenient one. Very polite and kind staff. Really comfortable bus . Everything was perfect. Thank you👌
