I think this might be the worst travel-by-bus I have ever had. The day after my bus trip, I got two unauthorized charges on my card - from "WFP.TOURISM Dnipro" - apparently a tourist agency. I paid for the bus ticket through LIQPAY. I expect that either LIQPAY or the carrier (Infobus.eu / Volodymyretstransservis) is responsible for this fraud. I will never again use either of these services.
Next to the fraud, the other problems seem minor.
Apparently the bus does have a lavatory - in a side area of the middle exit. Why then were passengers forced to use lavatories off the bus - at locations that the bus stopped? I am pretty sure this area on the bus is a lavatory, as I saw inside it briefly when one of the staff was stowing items in it. So apparently the on-bus lavatory is not available to the passengers because the staff use it as a storage space? This should not be allowed.
The bus is advertised as having electrical power and wifi available to the passengers. The wifi, however, is unavailable because it is locked with a password. The electrical power is not 220V AC - it is USB (5V). Thus there is no way to power a laptop computer without a DC voltage step-up device.

We would like to clarify a few important points. INFOBUS is a ticketing service, and we do not directly charge your card, as we do not have this capability. Payment is made through the LIQPAY payment system, and it is your bank that processes the transactions. From our side, we receive only confirmed payments for tickets and, in turn, send them to passengers.
We cannot answer why your funds were withdrawn, we recommend that you contact your bank to clarify information about unauthorized debits.
The trip went well: I was worried that my seat would be free, as I was not traveling from the departure point. But all the passengers were in their seats. The drivers were very polite, helped with luggage, and the trip was quite fast.
I really enjoyed the trip with Volodymyretstransservis. Modern bus, with air conditioning and phone chargers, pleasant drivers, everything went well and quickly. I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and will back again!
