The bus trip exceeded all my expectations! It was very fast and comfortable from start to finish. The drivers were polite and attentive, and I really appreciated their professionalism and friendliness. The service was excellent – tea, coffee, and snacks were available and made the journey even more enjoyable. You can really feel that they care about their passengers. I’m very satisfied and will definitely travel with them again. Highly recommended!

Everything was great. Drivers were polite, hospitable and just driving aces. Tea, coffee and cookies were offered all the way. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi - everything worked. Stops every 3 hours or on request. The bus was clean and tidy. Didn't get how it passed 30 hours when i arrived home:)

I travel to Ukraine every 3-4 months, and once I decided to take this particular bus route. First of all, the location where the bus was supposed to arrive was incorrect. I expected the bus to enter the city, but it turned out that the bus does not actually go into the city. I specifically chose this bus because it was supposed to go into the city. When I contacted customer support about this, the manager told me that after booking online, I was supposed to call and confirm the exact destination of the bus myself. This is the first time I have encountered such a policy, and it seems very strange. If the ticket shows a specific location, I expect to arrive exactly there. Therefore, I strongly do not recommend this carrier. The manager was rude, and instead of solving the problem, they just dismissed me and blamed me for everything. Good luck with such service. I tried this once, and I will never use this carrier again.

Frequent stopping at toilets was good but the lack of a WC on the bus was definitely something I would only ever do again as a last resort...on such long trips. Kind drivers, working wifi and working outlet. Unkind passengers, especially the teenage ones but not only, who for some unknown ungodly reason cannot understand they're in a public space and should use headphones when listening to music, tiktok and so on.

The bus was nice. However, they did not drop me off at the destination stated in my ticket. I was supposed to go to the central bus station in Chernivtsi, but they left me an another woman at a gas station far outside the city. I had to pay for a taxi myself. Very disappointed.
