    The Ride was an unpleasant one. We are expecting ride a 25 seater bus as indicated on our purchase, but we are seated on a 40++ seater. Also, we have reserved seats indicated on the ticket, but for some reason, the bus is overbooked and we are not seated on our "reserverd" seats and another group of 6 person which has bought the same ticket was not able to ride the bus due to lack of capacity.

    Another thing is the aircon of the bus is non-existent. The conductor is smoking several sticks of cigarette during the bus ride. Yes! SMOKING INSIDE THE BUS.

    I hope to here some feedback from your company. We have such an unpleasant ride with this.
