The bus never arrived and I had to pay €200 for a taxi to the airport. No notice given to me. Terrible service!

bus was so old.no climate,air condition was stopped every 5 minutes.

Would not recommend. Driver demanded €1 per piece of luggage before allowing us on the bus despite tickets stating we had an allowance of multiple pieces of luggage. Whilst not a large amount we did not come prepared with cash and was gobsmacked to be refused entry unless we paid up. Bus was old with poor air conditioning, gum and graffiti on the back of nearly every seat. Granted cheap tickets, get what you pay for...

I think it is unacceptable that the driver ask money (mandatory 10 kunas) for leaving the luggage into the bus or if not he says that he will leave your luggage in the bus station.. Not all turists manage cash. In addition, the ticket include the luggage carriyng.

Drivers weren't able to talk in English, they asked me 1 Euro for my luggage, I gave them 5 Euro, however they couldn't return me any change. Then they gave me Bosnian currency which I wouldn't use after Bosnia. It was bit confusing.
