This is the WORST travelling experience I have ever had to endure.

15 hours from Brno to Gdansk.

No air-conditioning, the bus stank of half eaten sandwiches and farts and got progressively worse. When I asked for the air conditioning to be switched on, it made a noise, but no air flowed through the vents.

The seating is for midgets or people less than 150cm in stature, it is cramped and the leg room is highly inadequate. Add to this the reclining seats and you have a perfect recipe for total discomfort the seast in front crushes the knees of teh person sat behind. I sat on the stairs for the first 7 hours, before I could find a vacant seat with some leg room. These buses are run to make a profit, but this seating system is just criminal, you would not transport animals in these conditions.

Also because the bus is a 1.5x double decker, the ceilings are low and the luggage racks are too small to even fit a rucksack in so your hand baggage sits between your legs.

The toilet was filthy and there was no toilet paper or equipment to wash hands afterwards.

I came away from the trip with aches and pains everywhere, and also one of the worst cases of flu (courtesy of the insanitary air and toilet conditions) I've had in a long time which spoiled my trip.

I caught the Vienna train back and for the same price, the return journey was like comparing night and day...
