My wife and me bought 2 tickets on infobus for the 08.01.18 from Lutsk to varsaw because we had flights to Milan.
We were at the bus station of Lutsk to wait the bus but the carrier decided to don’t leave without say nothing to us. We couldn’t leave to varsaw so we lost Flights from varsaw to Milan.
We had to buy 2 flights tickets from Lviv to Milan for the 09.01.18 and we had to pay another 400€!!! So with the flights lost from varsaw we had to pay an amount of 600€!!!
At the end the carrier and infobus after 1 months refund to us just the bus tickets (43€), the 50% of the bus tickets(21€), and 200€ of the 2 tickets for the flights lost from varsaw.
They didn’t pay for the two nights more that we had to pass in lviv waiting for the flights and the didn’t pay for the 400€ of the last minute flights that we had to buy to come back in Italy.
Orribile services, because they hadn’t no respect to inform us that the bus didn’t leave. It was enough an email! But nothing! They left us in a amazing situation! And they didn’t take their responsibility!!! We’ll buy no more with them!!!
