  • 5 hours trip, staff was kind and they offered us free bottle of water. The bus a bit old but was working good.

  • Nice trip but the trailer was really noisy and shocking the entire bus for 5 hours. The USB charger wasn't working (both of them). Staff was quite nice tho.

  • The check in process was very friendly. I was solo female passenger & as soon as I checked in my bags were taken by a staff member & out in the luggage hold. At the stop the driver directed us to the cafe & made sure everyone was informed of the length at the stop. When it was time to reboard the driver made sure everybody was on the bus. We arrived about 10 minutes early & the driver very kindly got me luggage out of the hold & directed me to the taxi stand. It was seamless, comfortable & very friendly.

  • I did not make it, because the carrier on the connected route canceled the trip and I was not able to get to Plovdiv in time. The "Tourist Service Holding AD" rejected my request to refund though, obviously, it was not my fault. All in all, "Tourist Service Holding AD" took the money for the service they never provided. That definitely portrays this esteemed carrier as a decent one. So if anyone wants to pay money and never receive a service - I'd definitely recommend "Tourist Service Holding AD" as a carrier. Sincerely.
