Driver was impatient and very unsafe! We arrived 1.5 hours early but were lucky to arrive at all..

I enjoyed my ride from Yerevan to Tbilisi. The driver was professional and punctual. He guided me to the bus and left sharp on time. We were delayed in reaching Tbilisi due to border checks which was beyond his control. The driver drove fast in some of the curviest lanes around the mountains on the way to Tbilisi. Although I am adventurous, there were some passengers who felt uneasy with his driving speed. Other than this, I recommend this service to all travellers.

Very disappointed! Its not even a bus! Its a mini-Van old conditions, no space, multiple stops and uncomfortable. And nothing above was mentioned when i booked the ticket online.

The driver was kind and helped us with our luggage and all, but the mini bus/van was a bit old and dirty and not kept in good condition. It was also very cold inside despite the heater being on.The van is a SMOKING ZONE as well, some of the passengers and even the driver were smoking during the trip and we were coughing most of the time. We suggest you book and choose for a bus in Tbilisi itself as you can't really guarantee anything when booking online. We just had no choice as we had to book a return ticket from Armenia.
