Der Bus kam etwas früher als angegeben an, aber die Busfahrer haben immer auf die Passagiere gewartet. Der Bus an sich war älter, dennoch mit Steckdosen und WLAN gut ausgestattet. Großer Lob an freundliche und zuvorkommende Busfahrer. Auf jeden Fall kann ich es weiterempfehlen.

The journey lasted approximately 25 hours, during which I encountered several distressing issues that I believe need immediate attention.

Firstly, it's important to note that the bus was devoid of air conditioning throughout the entire trip. Given that this occurred during the summer period, both the external and internal temperatures were uncomfortably high. This lack of air conditioning made the journey nearly unbearable for all passengers, myself included. My assigned seat was at the rear of the bus, where air circulation was virtually non-existent. At one point, in a desperate attempt to breathe some fresh air, I had to resort to sitting on the floor beneath a slightly open window for minimal ventilation.

In today's age, I find it unacceptable that a service of this nature would lack such basic amenities. However, my concerns do not end here. I would also like to address the conduct of our driver. While I understand the challenges associated with border crossings and the resulting delays, I believe that passenger treatment should remain courteous and respectful. The driver's rudeness towards passengers during stops and the unnecessary rush to re-board the bus due to schedule deviations were both unwarranted and distressing.

I urge you to take prompt action to rectify these issues. Passengers should not have to endure such uncomfortable conditions during their travels. Additionally, the behavior of the staff should reflect a commitment to professionalism and customer service, regardless of external factors.
