Völlig unverständlich so etwas.
The first trip was terrible, no one communicated in English which was terrible. I ended up somewhere else and had to recover my luggage, also ended up with fine in the train because the only way to get back was to go the Warsaw (Where my luggage and wallet was located because they switched my luggage to another bus.) No one told me that I had to switch the bus JUST in Hamburg but not a second time. So short said:
No one speaks English, even not the driver nor anybody in the bus was able to. Ended up somewhere else and got a fine in the train of 226 PLN because that was my only option.
