I have no negative comments, but I do have some suggestions: 1) Choose entertainment suitable for all ages - or don't show anything. The themes (adultry, fornication, and "acceptable" crime) and scenes shown on my trip were very inappropriate, especially for the young girl in the seat in front of me. 2) If possible, make it possible for the seats to recline less. I could not get my seat back to a comfortable upright position, 3) If possible, install rider-controlled ventilation. At one point, the cabin temperature was very warm and a personal vent like those on an airplane would have been welcome.
