  • I was supposed to travel on a bus from Polotsk to Daugavpils on the night of June 10th-11th. It was an absolutely terrible trip. The bus was delayed for over five hours, and I and other passengers were forced to wait outside in the cold from 11:35 p.m. to 5 a.m. After the trip, I fell ill and caught a cold. I received no apologies or compensation for such a terrible trip.
